Hi again. Don’t worry. I won’t be keeping up this frequency of communication. It’s just that, sitting around in airport lounges, getting on the computer is a useful way of passing the time.
After a not unpleasant 12 hours in the Premium Economy cabin of the A380, we are now at Heathrow, checked in for the flight to Milan, expecting to board in about an hour. We are hopeful that our luggage will arrive in Milan on the same plane as us.
This afternoon, we expect to have a quick look at the sights of Milan before heading for Rome tomorrow.
As we arrived this morning, there was a clear blue sky. I don’t think we have seen that in London before but it is clouding over now and returning to its normal gloomy state.
