SATURDAY 16TH - GROUND HOG DAY

We left Brisbane at 10:30 am on Saturday and landed in LA at 6:30 am Saturday and it’s now 4:30 Saturday. Will Sunday never come? We are very comfortably settled in to our Downtown Vancouver Suite although a little weary and looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

Being in the middle of the highrise residential district, the views from our 12th floor balcony are somewhat limited but we are very well located in Granville Street not far from Canada Place.

Tomorrow we propose to get on a free shuttle bus which pulls up outside the front door and go to Capilano Suspension Bridge  and from there check out Grouse Mountain and Canada Place. We are told that Fly Canada at Canada Place is a must see along with Stanley Park,

As it happens, Canada Place is where we will be boarding our cruise ship when we return from our motor home adventures in three weeks time.
