TUESDAY 9TH – LAST NIGHT ON THE ROAD

I thought I would spare you the obligatory photo of us camped in the forest once again. They are getting a little repetitive but tonight, we are once again in a park, this time Roberts River, a little way north of Gibsons where we return the motor home in the morning.

The photo is of the local beach, all gravel and washed up timber but, with the sun shining, the water looks attractive as always.

Today was primarily a work day. The washing is done. The motorhome has had its first wash in three weeks and is in a fit state to be returned. It will be interesting to work out how many kilometres we have done in the last three weeks, something between three and four thousand. Our next chore is to pack our ports.

Tomorrow we head back to Canada Place in downtown Vancouver to board the Island Princess which will be our home for the next seven days. What adventures await us?
